Steve Scott is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as an Asset Management GIS Analyst for the Town of Ingersoll since January 2025. Prior to this role, Steve worked as an Infrastructure GIS Analyst for the Township of Wilmot, where responsibilities included the management of geographic information system infrastructure data and seasonal maintenance mapping. With a background that includes positions as a GIS Specialist/Water Monitoring Technician at AECOM and a Land Surveyor at The Larocque Group, Steve has developed a comprehensive skill set in GIS, data analysis, and survey methodology. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Remote Sensing and GIS from the University of Guelph, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing/GIS/Surveying from Niagara College, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and GIS from Brock University.
