Marcey Bell has a diverse work experience. Marcey started their career in 2009 as a Business Personal Property Appraiser at the Franklin County Tax Office. In 2012, they transitioned to become an English Teacher at Bunn High School. Marcey'spassion for human resources led their to join the Town of Knightdale in 2013, where they held multiple roles. Marcey started as an Assistant Town Clerk/HR Technician and gradually progressed to become a Human Resources Manager, Assistant Human Resources Director, and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director since July 2022. Marcey has demonstrated their expertise and commitment in various fields throughout their career.

Marcey Bell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Campbell University from 2005 to 2009.
