Tim Goncalves

Tim Goncalves has a diverse work experience history. Tim started their career in 2010 as a Package Handler at UPS before moving on to work as a Resident Advisor and IT Desk Support Specialist at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Tim then worked as a Front End Supervisor at Stop & Shop for eight years. Tim also had roles as an Assistant Complex Director and Interim Resident Director at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and as a Help Desk Analyst at Mount Ida College. In 2016, Tim joined the Town of Lexington, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist, Systems and Applications Administrator, and currently serves as the Director of Innovation and Technology. Throughout their career, Tim has gained extensive experience in technical support, system administration, project management, and user training.

Tim Goncalves completed their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2013. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same institution, which they finished in 2012.
