Butch Burbank has extensive experience in local government management, currently serving as the Town Manager for the Town of Lincoln since October 2012. Prior to this role, Burbank worked as a Risk Management Representative at the NH Local Government Center from July 2003 to October 2012 and held the position of Chief of Police for the Town of Waterville Valley, NH, from April 1999 to July 2002. Burbank's educational background includes an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from NH Technical Institute, completed between 1993 and 1994.
