Olga Chernomorets

Olga Chernomorets is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development with extensive experience in various roles across different municipalities. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Planning Services for the Town of Little Elm since May 2021, Olga previously held positions as Planning and Development Manager and Senior Planner for the Town of Addison, where responsibilities included overseeing growth, redevelopment, long-range planning, and zoning requests. Prior experience includes serving as Land Use Coordinator/Borough Planner for the Office of the Brooklyn Borough President, where Olga evaluated development proposals and engaged with the community on planning initiatives. Additional roles include Membership Director for the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater NY and positions in administration and event coordination. Olga holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning and the Environment from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and City Planning from The University of Texas at Arlington.
