Justin Desrosiers has a diverse background in emergency medical services and public health coordination. Justin began their career in 1995 as a Paramedic Supervisor at American Medical Response. In 2005, they joined the Town of Mansfield, MA, where they held the roles of Lt. FF/Paramedic, EMS Officer, and Public Health Coordinator. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing all EMS activities, including education, equipment maintenance, and records management. Justin also served as the Community Health and Outreach Coordinator, playing a key role in launching the community EMS program. In 2018, Justin became the Secretary/Treasurer of the Southeastern Massachusetts Emergency Medical Services Council and the President of the Norfolk County EMS Coordinators Association. Justin Desrosiers has a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Emergency Medical Services Management from Columbia Southern University. In 2005, they obtained a Firefighter I/II certification from Massachusetts Fire Academy. Justin also completed the Chief Fire Officer Program at MA Fire Academy/Umass Collins Center, although the specific dates are unknown. Justin became a paramedic in 2002 after attending EMSTA. Additionally, they hold an EMT certification from Safety Program Consultants, which was obtained in 1994.
