Francis Hemmah Pe

Francis Hemmah, PE, currently serves as the Water Engineering Manager for the Town of Marana since August 2023, overseeing development engineering reviews, CIP project management, and collaboration with the Marana Water Department on water infrastructure maintenance. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Atwell, LLC, and Civil Engineering Project Manager at EPS Group, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed engineering services for residential and commercial developments, preparation of master plans, and leadership in major transportation project design. Francis began engineering career as an intern and designer at Gregor Engineering, Inc., contributing to hydrologic and hydraulic project compliance. An alumnus of the University of Arizona, Francis earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resource Engineering.
