Jill Hogan

Jill Hogan is an experienced professional in urban planning and development services, currently serving as the Commissioner of Development Services and previously as Director of Planning Policy and Urban Design for the Town of Milton since April 2017. Prior roles include Manager of Community Planning at the City of Toronto and various leadership positions at the City of Brampton, including Manager of Development Services and Senior Development Planner. Earlier career experiences include planning roles at the Town of Markham, Camrost-Felcorp Inc., and the Town of Bracebridge. Jill Hogan holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning from the University of Waterloo and completed an elective course on the Theory and Practice of Planning at Oxford Brookes University.
