Stephanie Pennell is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community outreach and therapeutic services. Currently serving as Community Outreach Supervisor and Recreation Supervisor for the Town of Mooresville NC since May 2020, Stephanie has also been the Owner/Director and Equine Specialist at Achieving Balance at The Farm since January 2013, where therapeutic interactions with horses facilitate emotional and physical healing for individuals. Prior experience includes serving as an After School and Summer Camp Teacher at Key Academy from February 2002 to May 2014, and as Volunteer Coordinator for Mooresville Soup Kitchen from February 2012 to November 2013. Stephanie holds a degree in Human Services Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, specializing in working with at-risk youth, substance abuse, and teaching individuals with disabilities.
