Giselle Rodriguez Pe

Giselle Rodriguez, PE, currently serves as Deputy Town Manager for the Town of Morrisville since July 2019, after holding positions as Assistant Town Manager and Public Works Director. Prior to this role, Rodriguez was the City Engineer for the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina, from October 2007 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Engineering Division, reviewing and approving infrastructure plans, and managing stormwater projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineer II and Engineer I, focusing on stormwater engineering, and as a Civil Engineer and Construction Inspector Supervisor at LMB & Associates, where oversight of municipal construction projects was a key function. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico and completed a Municipal Administration Course at the UNC School of Government.
