Mark Spanioli, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and public works. Mark has served as the Director of Engineering for the Town of Morrisville since November 2019, overseeing development services, capital projects, and stormwater administration. Prior to this, they were the Director of Public Works for the Village of Pinecrest from May 2015 to November 2019, managing public works, capital improvements, and general services. From September 2012 to May 2015, Mark served as the Director of Capital Improvements and Transportation Program for the City of Miami, where they managed a $590 million capital work program with over 300 projects. Mark also held various roles within the City of Miami, including Director of Engineering and Construction, and was responsible for consultant management, capital improvement administration, and operations and maintenance of roadways. Mark's career began at Ford Engineers, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, and they also worked as a Project Engineer at Urbitran Associates and an Associate Engineer at Oscar Rubio & Associates.

Mark Spanioli, P.E. attended Florida International University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
