Narayan Nyaupane

Narayan Nyaupane, P.E. serves as a Stormwater Engineer for the Town of Morrisville since November 2024. Previously, Narayan held the position of Civil Engineer at Bobbitt from October 2021 to December 2024 and at Delta Oaks Group from July 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included preparing Concept Plans and designing Zoning and Construction Drawings for communication tower projects across more than 15 states. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University, focusing on the impact of climate change on stormwater management, and as a Senior Civil Engineer at Rasuwagadhi Hydroelectric Co. Ltd., where planning and design for hydropower infrastructure were key tasks. Narayan has also worked as a Project/Hydropower Engineer with Clean Energy Consultants and as a Short Term Expert for Integration Environment and Energy, contributing to various hydropower initiatives. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Sustainable Water Sanitation from Tribhuvan University, complemented by specialized courses in hydropower and environmental engineering.
