Ryan Dipanni

Ryan DiPanni is an experienced environmental planning specialist currently working for the Town of Narragansett since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a planning technician and held the position of oyster technician at Jonathan Island Oyster Company from August 2021 to July 2023. Ryan has also contributed to research at the Marine Ecosystems Research Lab at the University of Rhode Island from November 2021 to January 2023 and was a coastal and environmental fellow at the same university from May 2020 to December 2020. Ryan is pursuing a Master of Arts in Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Affairs from the same institution in 2022.
