Kerry Dunnell

Kerry Dunnell currently serves as the Program Manager for Public Health Shared Services and Local Public Health Training Hub at the Town of Needham, MA since July 2023 and as an Adjunct Instructor at Boston University School of Public Health since January 2023, leading a course on Public Health Emergency Preparedness for master's students. Previous roles include Manager of Health and Medical Coordination at the Metro Regional Preparedness Coalition, Program Manager for the Local Public Health Institute of Massachusetts at Boston University School of Public Health, and Strategy Advisor at the Needham Public Health Department. Dunnell has extensive experience in public health emergency preparedness, community engagement, and strategic planning, contributing to various initiatives and overseeing multiple stakeholder committees. The educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Boston College focused on Community Organizing, Planning, Policy, and Administration, a graduate of the Northeast Public Health Leadership Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Bates College.
