Tatiana Swanson

Tatiana Swanson has a diverse work experience. Tatiana started their career at Clean Harbors in 2006 as a Transportation Manager, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Town of Needham, MA, initially as a Procurement Officer. Tatiana then moved up the ranks and became the Assistant Director of Human Resources in 2021. And later, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in 2023.

Tatiana Swanson completed their education in 2007, earning a degree in Sociology with a specialization in Criminal Justice and Corrections from UMass Boston.
