Tanya Gaudet, C. Mgr., CSCMP, currently serves as the Manager of Procurement and Insurance Services at the Town Of New Tecumseth since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing branch strategy, process transformation, and implementing policies and performance monitoring. Previously, Tanya worked at the County of Simcoe as a Procurement Professional, overseeing procurement activities across various departments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Ornge, a Senior Buyer at L3 Technologies, and a Quality Superintendent at Collins & Aikman. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts Integrated Studies from the University of Manitoba, alongside certificates in Quality Assurance and Management, and General Studies from Georgian College and Sheridan College.
