Earl H. Brennen is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and food services management. Currently serving as a Master Instructor in Arts and Culture - Culinary Arts and a Technician for the Community Kitchen at the Town of Oakville since March 2018, Earl also holds the position of Director of Culinary Services at Lifetimes Living Inc. since December 2014. Earl's extensive experience includes roles such as Chef Consultant - Principal at Global Hospitality, Food & Beverage Manager - Consultant at Rama Gaming Centre, and Food Services Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Culinary Services at Revera Inc. and Executive Sous Chef at Delmanor Seniors Communities. Earl completed an Apprentice Cook program focusing on Basic and Advanced studies at George Brown College of Applied Arts & Technology and holds an OSSD with a focus on food services from General Brock High School.
