Kim Leite

Kim Leite is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, project management, and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as a Communications and Project Manager Volunteer at MAiDHouse since June 2024, Kim has also held the role of Manager Strategic Initiatives at the Town of Oakville since February 2021, where strategic solutions and corporate policies are developed and implemented. Previous positions include Business Analyst at the City of Mississauga, Project Manager at the Town of Oakville, Director of North American Operations at MeetingZone North America, and Associate Director of Client Services at Bell. Kim has a strong foundation in establishing project management frameworks and enhancing customer service operations, complemented by a Diploma in Business Administration from McMaster University and a Fitness Leadership Certificate from Humber College.
