Nick Valerio

Nick Valerio is a seasoned professional in capital project management with extensive experience at the Town of Oakville since September 2005, currently serving as Manager of Capital Projects. Valerio oversees a team of building science experts, coordinating project management services for an extensive portfolio of over 2 million square feet. Previous roles include Project Leader-Mechanical, where management of construction projects and budgets encompassed mechanical, electrical, and architectural services. Prior to the Town of Oakville, Valerio worked as a Commissioning Consultant at CFMS Consulting, managing commissioning and retro-commissioning projects with values up to $15 million, and as a Systems Specialist at Siemens, focusing on electrical and mechanical installations. Valerio holds a Technologist degree in HVAC/R Automation and Environmental Technology from Humber College, completed in 2001.
