P.eng. Ross Zhang

Ross Zhang, P.Eng. has extensive experience in municipal infrastructure management, currently serving as Supervisor of Works Contracted Services and Project Leader for Capital Projects at the Town of Oakville since May 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from initiation to completion, involving public engagement, environmental assessments, and technical guidance for various departments. Prior experience as a Construction Inspector for the Town of Oakville from May 2013 to August 2016 involved administration of municipal projects, including budgets up to $7.8 million. Ross Zhang holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, obtained in 2017.
