Simon Stafford

Simon Stafford is a seasoned organizational development consultant currently employed by the Town of Oakville since January 2018. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at the Region of Peel from November 2008 to January 2018, including HR Strategic Business Partner, Organization Development Advisor, and L&D Project Manager. Simon's earlier experience includes a role as a Learning Consultant at Vero and an English Language Teacher during travel and volunteer work. Additionally, Simon served as Group Learning & Development Manager at Leisure Connection Ltd and occupied several managerial roles at Hilton Worldwide from 1995 to 2004. Simon holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Greenwich, an NVQ Level 4 in Learning and Development from De Montfort University, and an OND/HND in Hospitality Management from the University of East Anglia.
