Viren Pooransingh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic business analysis and management. Currently serving as a Strategic Business Advisor for the Town of Oakville since 2022, Viren is responsible for implementing the ePlan Program and enhancing customer experience through collaboration with cross-functional partners. Previously, at Bruce Power, the role as Team Lead in Business Analysis involved supporting organizational initiatives and delivering innovative solutions. At Ontario Health, as Group Manager of Systems Requirements, Viren oversaw a team dedicated to translating business visions into actionable strategies. Additionally, Viren led teams at Allstream in both the capacity of Team Lead and Sr. Business Systems Analyst, focusing on requirements management and software functionality implementation. With an MBA in Information Technology and a BSc in Biochemistry from McMaster University, Viren combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
