Rick Sherman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mechanical contracting and property management. Currently serving as President of WA Sherman Company since February 2013, Rick oversees plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services for residential and light commercial projects. Additionally, Rick has been a council member for the Town of Orange since May 2012 and has owned Mimosa Properties since March 2011, focusing on rental properties and management. With previous leadership roles including President of Mimosa Energy Services and partner at Sherman and Sherman Properties, Rick has extensive experience in energy audits, HVAC design, and property management. Rick's career began in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant, and Rick earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute in 1978.
