Andy Votava has a diverse and extensive work experience encompassing various roles in human resources, organizational development, and county administration. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Oro Valley. Prior to that, they held the same position at the Tucson Airport Authority. Andy also worked for the City of Tucson, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and Compensation Analyst. Andy has previous experience as the Director of Organizational Development for both the Fulton County Auditor and the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. Earlier in their career, they worked as the County Administrator for Miami County and as an Assistant County Administrator for Allen County.
Andy Votava has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The University of Toledo, which they obtained in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from the same university in 1994, with a focus on Political Science.
