Gephart David

Gephart David has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Gephart served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Town of Oro Valley from March 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at the Northwest Fire District for 13 years, from March 2007 to March 2020. Gephart also worked as the Finance Director at the City of Independence, OR from June 2002 to March 2007. Gephart started their career as a Staff Accountant at Grove, Mueller & Swank, PC from September 1996 to June 2002.

Gephart David completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from Portland State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting & Management from Vanguard University of Southern California, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
