Derek Hoelscher is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as Detective Sergeant for the Town of Paradise Valley since April 2014. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Police Officer for the City of O'Fallon, Illinois, from May 2006 to May 2014. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Quincy University, a Master's degree in Public Safety Leadership and Administration from Arizona State University, and a Certificate of Completion from the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University, completed in June 2023.
