David McPhillips

David McPhillips has extensive experience in veterans services, currently serving as the Veterans Service Officer for the Town of Pembroke, MA since 2018, after holding the same position from 2009 to April 2017. In this role, David McPhillips assists veterans and their families in navigating State and Federal benefits. Prior to this, David McPhillips worked at Hertz Corporation from 1973 to 2009 in vehicle damage, and served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from January 1968 to January 1972, with deployment in Vietnam in 1969 at Marble Mountain. David McPhillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UMass Boston, completed between 1972 and 1976.
