Nina Cypher

Nina Cypher has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2008 as an HR Coordinator at The Hope Institute for Children and Families. Nina then worked as an HR Generalist at AmesburyTruth from 2011 to 2014 before being promoted to HR Manager, a role they held from 2015 to 2019. Most recently, they served as Director of Human Resources at the Town of Perinton starting in August 2022.

Nina Cypher, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Illinois State University. Nina has also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
