James Downey

James Downey has extensive experience in civil engineering and public works, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Public Works for the Town of Plymouth, Massachusetts, since March 2006. In this role, James also holds the positions of Acting Town Engineer and Transportation Engineer. Prior to joining the Town of Plymouth, James worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Boston from June 2004 to March 2006. James holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
