Xavier Sly

Xavier Sly is an experienced engineering professional specializing in project and contract management within the civil and renewables sectors. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator for Enerven since July 2021 and simultaneously as a Project Manager for the Town of Port Hedland, Xavier has a diverse background that includes previous roles as a Project/Contract Manager at Main Roads Western Australia and as a Site Engineer at Formcon Group PTY LTD, where focus areas included marine structure projects and compliance with safety standards. An early career at Jacobs as a Graduate Engineer provided expertise in areas such as cost control, quality assurance, and traffic modeling, complemented by undergraduate experience at Brisbane City Council. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Griffith University, completed in 2013.
