Patrick Silva

Patrick Silva is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Lieutenant for the Town of Reading, MA since March 2009, with previous roles including Civil Rights Officer and Patrol Supervisor. In addition to this role, Patrick Silva has been an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College since October 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff at the Middlesex Sheriff's Office from June 2004 to March 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Salem State University.
