Shane Dille

Shane Dille is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the Town Manager for the Town of Sahuarita since February 2022. Previous roles include Deputy City Manager for the City of Flagstaff from February 2016 to February 2022 and City Manager for the City of Nogales, AZ from June 2010 to February 2016. Shane's expertise encompasses overseeing service delivery and collaborating with elected officials to establish community visions. Additional experience includes positions as Deputy Town Manager in the Town of Queen Creek, Assistant Town Manager in the Town of Buckeye, and Town Manager in both the Town of Wickenburg and the Town of Gila Bend. Shane's educational background includes a Certified Senior Executive in State & Local Government from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master's in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's in Business Management and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
