Chuck Murphy Romboletti

Chuck Murphy Romboletti has a diverse work experience that spans over several positions and companies. Chuck is currently working as the Assistant Town Administrator/Human Resources Director at the Town of South Hadley since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles in the Town of Needham, MA from 2014 to 2023, including Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Administrator, and Management Fellow. From 2009 to 2013, they worked for the City of Holyoke as a Development Specialist in the Office of Planning & Economic Development and as the Head Clerk in the same office.

Chuck Murphy Romboletti completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at Bates College from 2005 to 2009. Chuck then pursued their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Northeastern University, studying from 2013 to 2015.
