Brandy Boies

Brandy Boies serves as the Director of Public Relations and Special Events at Laurel Ridge Community College, where responsibilities include developing and evaluating the college marketing plan aligned with strategic recruitment priorities and collaborating with the College Advancement Team to enhance enrollment, public relations, and fundraising efforts. Additionally, Brandy holds the position of Mayor for the Town of Strasburg since July 2020. Previous experience includes a decade at Lord Fairfax Community College, where roles included Coordinator of Student Life and Student Activities Coordinator, managing student engagement, supervising staff, and overseeing significant budgets. Brandy holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
