Carissa Binkley

Carissa Binkley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in economic development and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Economic Development Program Analyst for the Town of Truckee since December 2022, Carissa previously worked with Nevada County, CA as an Administrative Analyst II from January 2022 to December 2022. Prior roles include Administrative Technician with the Town of Truckee, Fund Development Coordinator at Tahoe Forest Health System, and Director of Audio Visual Services at Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, where recognition was received as 2012 Employee of the Year. Additionally, experience includes serving as Director of Audio Visual Services at Ford Audio Video and in various capacities at Marriott International and The Marlin Group.
