Jennifer Finnigan

Jennifer Finnigan is a skilled Treasurer/Collector with extensive experience in financial management and auditing for municipalities. At City of Methuen, Town of Tyngsborough, and Town of North Andover, Jennifer manages teams, prepares billing, reconciles receivables and cash, and reviews internal controls. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Giusti & Hingston, CPA's as a Municipal Auditor, where Jennifer gained experience in financial statement preparation, internal control testing, and small business consulting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
