Lizzie Shepande- Sikabanze

Lizzie Shepande-Sikabanze is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community development and support services. Currently serving as a Board Member at Sister Project and a Community Development Officer (Inclusion) for the Town of Victoria Park, Lizzie focuses on accessibility and inclusion for seniors, people with disabilities, and culturally diverse communities. Previous roles include Community Development Engagement Officer at Edxcellence Inc, Community Support Worker at Plan and Grow, and Assistant in Nursing at Carinya Residential Aged Care and SwanCare, where Lizzie provided compassionate care and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Lizzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and Australian Indigenous Studies from Murdoch University and various leadership and management qualifications.
