Paul Gravett

Paul Gravett is an experienced community development professional with extensive expertise in managing and leading community-focused initiatives across various local governments in Western Australia. Currently serving as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Community Development Network WA since February 2021, Paul Gravett also holds the position of Manager Community at the Town of Victoria Park, overseeing numerous functional areas including asset-based community development and social inclusion. Previous roles include Manager Community Engagement at the City of Kwinana and Manager Place Activation at the City of Wanneroo, where Paul Gravett led the development of frameworks to enhance community well-being and engagement. With a strong educational background, including a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Community Development, Paul Gravett continues to significantly contribute to community resilience and development throughout the region.
