Patti Garcia is an experienced municipal administrator currently serving as the Town Administrator for the Town of Wellington since December 2020. Prior to this role, Patti held the position of City Clerk for the City of Loveland from April 2018 to December 2020 and served as Town Clerk and Assistant to the Town Manager in the Town of Windsor, CO from October 2008 to April 2018. Patti also contributed as President of the Colorado Municipal Clerks Association from January 2017 to January 2018 and served as Town Clerk/Director of Human Resources for the Town of Winter Park from August 2004 to October 2008. Patti Garcia earned a degree in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Management and Logistics Management from Ashford University between 2009 and 2013.
