Todd Matt

Todd Matt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Todd currently works as the Business Operations Director at the Town of West Hartford since March 2020. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at UnitedHealth Group, where they held multiple roles. From September 2016 to February 2020, they served as the VP - Strategic Initiatives, responsible for large-scale program implementation and process improvement. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at UnitedHealth Group from February 2010 to September 2016.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Todd worked at Aetna, Inc. Todd held several positions, including Sr. Business Director, Strategic Initiatives, from March 2008 to November 2009. As the Sr. Business Director / Chief of Staff – Business Alliances from August 2005 to February 2008, they provided support to the Senior Vice President and played a key role in driving critical initiatives. Todd also served as the Director, Reporting & Analysis – National Customer Operations from February 2004 to July 2005 and as the Sr. Manager, Member Service Project Office – National Customer Operations from January 2000 to January 2004. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams and overseeing system enhancements, redesign, and strategic initiatives.

Todd Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Todd also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford, with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
