Matthew Niski

Matthew Niski currently serves as Deputy Town Engineer for the Town of Westport, CT, beginning in September 2022, while also holding the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven since September 2021. Previously, Matthew worked as a Design Engineer at DTC from September 2021 to September 2022, and as a Professional Engineer at Juliano Associates LLC from May 2016 to August 2021. Matthew's early career includes serving as an Engineer in Training at Codespoti and Associates from May 2011 to May 2016, and as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of New Haven from September 2009 to May 2012. Additional experience includes being a founding member and treasurer of the Engineers Without Borders University Chapter and providing summer assistance for public works at the Town of Oxford Public Works. Matthew Niski holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of New Haven.
