Bobby Warner, CPRP, has extensive experience in recreation management, currently serving as Recreation Manager and previously as Recreation Supervisor for the Town of Windsor, Colorado, since March 1999. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of youth and adult activities, sports programs, community parks, special events, and cultural initiatives, alongside conducting research and evaluating programs. Prior to this role, Bobby worked as a Radio Announcer for 1310 Am KFKA Newstalk, engaging with guests and providing listeners with news and entertainment from July 1989 to December 2000, and served as Marketing/Special Events Coordinator at Weld County Partners, where community support was enhanced through promotional efforts and fundraising from February 1994 to March 1999. Bobby holds a degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Northern Colorado.
