Rachael Stefanich

Rachael Stefanich is a dedicated professional in aquatics management with extensive experience in various roles. Since June 2016, Rachael has served as Recreation Coordinator and Aquatic Specialist for the Town of Windsor, Colorado, overseeing aquatic operations, managing swimming lesson programs, and supervising lifeguard staff. Prior experience includes Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Loveland, Aquatics Director roles at the YMCA of the East Valley and Stuart C. Gildred Family YMCA, and management positions at public service organizations where Rachael developed staff and managed budgets. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, complemented by foundational experience as a Senior Lifeguard.
