Enrique Constante is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in capital markets, investment sales, and brokerage advisory. Currently serving as Executive Director and Partner at Vanguard Global Realty, LLC since August 2020, Enrique has extensive expertise in negotiation, project management, and financial analysis, particularly with Excel and ARGUS Enterprise. Prior roles include Senior Executive and Head of Acquisition at Vanguard Global Realty, Business Strategy Analyst at Steven Newman Real Estate, and Vice President at JGP Global Real Estate Investment Group, among others. Enrique holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and multiple advanced degrees in real estate from Baruch College and other institutions.
