Nik Springs is an accomplished entrepreneur and general manager with extensive experience in the fitness and branding industries. As the Owner and Personal Brand Developer at Beyond Nxt Level since June 2022, Nik focuses on innovative branding and marketing strategies. Nik also serves as the Owner and Creative Director at Rogue Savage Designs, emphasizing creativity and design. Previously, Nik held the position of General Manager at Town Sports International and New York Health & Racquet Club, overseeing facility operations, revenue, and member relations. Early career roles include Sales Associate and Front Office Manager at Parker New York, and Assistant Manager at Crunch Fitness, where Nik developed sales strategies and managed staff training. Nik holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Science from Baruch College and City Tech, CUNY.
