Mahmoud Shebl

Mahmoud Shebl has work experience in the HR field. Mahmoud started their career as an HR Trainee at ETISAL International Group in December 2014, where they were responsible for job advertisement, resume searching, and conducting candidate interviews. In 2015, they joined Town Team as an HR Specialist and was involved in various recruitment activities, including receiving requisitions, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior HR Specialist, where they developed recruitment strategies and oversaw the recruitment process. Most recently, they served as an HR Section Head at Town Team, where they maintained compliance with employment regulations, revised company policies, and collaborated with line managers to develop job descriptions.

Mahmoud Shebl attended Tanta University from 2007 to 2011, where they studied law. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Human Resources Management Diploma from EDEXCEL, which was certified by the British Council. During the same time, they also received training and certification in R12i ORACLE E-Business suite [HRMS] from ORACLE. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from EDEXCEL and the British Council.
