Shari Carrithers

Shari Carrithers is a seasoned professional in mortgage training and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Mortgage Training Manager at TowneBank Mortgage since June 2021. Previously, Shari held various roles at LoanCare, LLC from August 2002 to May 2021, including Training Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of ten in creating corporate training programs, enhancing compliance trainings, and facilitating new hire orientations. Shari's career also featured roles as Training Supervisor, Training Specialist, Quality Control Specialist and Team Lead, and Document Control Specialist, establishing a strong foundation in training management and document management systems. Educationally, Shari earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Management from Old Dominion University between 2004 and 2010.
