Mshrod Catherine Broadbent

Catherine Broadbent, MSHROD, SPHR, serves as a Human Resource Leader and Senior HR Business Partner at Towne Mortgage Company since September 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Catherine has held positions in various organizations, including HR Professional roles at Private Company A and Private Company B, and Senior Human Resource Generalist at Michigan First Credit Union from 2007 to 2015. Prior to those roles, Catherine managed human resources at ATCO Industries and Central Parking System, overseeing operations in diverse environments. An earlier career included serving as Human Resource Director for the Charter Township of Plymouth, contributing to recruitment, labor relations, and employee management. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources/Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Human Resource major from Madonna University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Schoolcraft College.
