Tonya Hartsfield

Tonya Hartsfield has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Payroll HR Analyst and Payroll Analytics Team Lead at Towne Mortgage Company since November 2016. Previously, Tonya held the position of On Premise Recruiter at Aerotek for a brief period in 2016 and worked as a Solutions Manager at Verizon Wireless from November 2004 to April 2016. Tonya began their career as a Payroll Specialist at Manpower from 1999 to 2002. Tonya earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Oakland Community College between 2002 and 2005.
