Mike Morgioni

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mike is responsible for Towne Park’s overall financial management and governance functions which include the accounting, finance, tax, purchasing and legal groups. Mike’s primary focus is to enhance the companies’ growth and drive initiatives that create long-term enterprise value.

Mike has a deep knowledge of the healthcare and hospitality environments and has a wealth of experience across finance, sales and operations including driving client value, operational performance, P&L management, and client retention.

Prior to joining Towne Park, Mike had a 20-year career at Aramark, the $15 billion global food, facilities and uniform services company, where he held a series of executive leadership roles including CFO of the Healthcare, Sports & Entertainment and Correctional Services businesses where he was instrumental in driving operating performance, revenue and margin growth. During his tenure he also led growth and retention for the Healthcare and Facilities businesses.

Early in his career, he served as a Lieutenant and submarine officer in the U.S Navy during Operation Desert Storm.

Mike holds an MBA in finance and operations management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his BA from the University of Rochester.
